WP6: Milk quality

The objective is to investigate the effect of the extended lactation on the milk quality. The content,
composition, sensory quality as well as technological properties of milk from cows on different
feeding strategies will be tested (WP3) (including proteolysis and sensory characteristics) and
across all cows at specific times during lactation (WP2).


Expected outcome:
Evaluation of the 1) quality and 2) technological properties of milk different with respect to time in
the lactation period, reproduction, and feeding regimes will be carried out and reported.
