Based on cultivar trait expressions in intercropping, I aim to find ideotypes with the best trait combinations to optimize NUE and reduce N losses in pea-barley intercropping while maintaining high grain yields. This will be achieved by simulating trait combinations in APSIM, based on data from own field experiment.
