Agroecology, context-specific knowledge and scientific innovation

In this episode of Understanding Agroecology, Saghar Motarjemi, Chiara De Notaris and Johannes (Jeroen) Pullens talk with Mette Vaarst and Jørgen E. Olesen about how agroecology is deeply rooted into traditional practices and knowledge, and how science can support the transition towards more sustainable food systems. On the one hand, co-creation and sharing of knowledge enable a better response to local challenges, on the other hand, scientific innovation contributes to providing solutions for these challenges.
